You are Limitless: Aligning with Your Why with Kelsey Patel, Alicia “ACE” Easter + Sabrina Soto

In this special episode, I'm bringing you inside the We Shine Well Summit Limitless — where Kelsey Patel, Alicia "ACE" Easter, and Sabrina Soto joined me for a panel that left every woman in that room a little more honest, a little more open, and a lot more free.

The theme of Summit was Limitless. But not the kind of limitless that's about shooting for the stars and manifesting everything. The kind that requires going down into the decay first — the grief, the pain, the parts of us we've been running from — so that we can decide what we're going to plant in its place.

Kelsey Patel built a healing career out of chronic physical pain and a childhood spent answering her mother's calls from the psych ward from her cubicle on Capitol Hill. ACE Easter lost her mother at 19, took her first yoga class years later, and turned grief into a global wellness and children's mindfulness movement. Sabrina Soto was homeless at 17, kept her family home beautiful while no one knew how bad things were, and 16 weeks after responding to a 4am Craigslist ad filmed her first HGTV show.

All three of them followed the breadcrumbs. All three of them turned pain into purpose. And all three of them showed up in that room in Hollywood Hills to remind the women sitting there: you are already limitless — in exactly the season you're in.
