Being Fully Seen + Known: Authenticity + Resilience with Nyakio Grieco, DJ Blatner + Morgan Zanotti

In this special episode, I'm bringing you inside the We Shine Well Summit Limitless — where Nyakio Grieco, DJ Blatner, and Morgan Zanotti joined me for a conversation that gets to the real heart of what We Shine Well is about.

We don't expand alone. The greatest growth happens when we allow ourselves to be fully seen, fully known, and in community with people who reflect back what's possible.

Nyakio spent 20+ years in beauty building brands rooted in her Kenyan heritage, sold to Unilever, launched Thirteen Lune in the middle of a global pandemic — and then navigated a co-founder split, an attempted cancellation, and her first-ever lawsuit in a single year. She came out saying: my circle got smaller. And so much more expansive.

DJ walked into a Chicago Cubs job interview knowing nothing about sports, told the panel exactly that, walked out with the job, and eventually fueled the team to a World Series ring — all because she was running a joy experiment.

Morgan has been reinventing herself since she was 16 — from accounting to surfing in South America to co-founding Primal Kitchen and selling it for $200M to now building Waay while solopreneuring with three kids under seven, fully owning that she doesn't have it figured out.

Three women. Three wildly different paths. One truth: when you show up as yourself, the right people find you.
