Scaling with Soul: Community, Accessibility + Women’s Wellness with Angie Tebbe

In this episode, I sit down with Angie Tebbe, co-founder and CEO of Rae Wellness — for one of the most grounded, honest conversations about building a brand with soul that I've had on this show.

Angie grew up in Fargo, North Dakota meditating in the yard at age five while her father did Reiki and her mother handed out Advil — absorbing from a young age the truth that wellness is physical, emotional, and spiritual, and that access to it should be a right, not a luxury.

She spent 15 years at Microsoft and Target, eventually becoming Chief of Staff for the Home Pyramid, overseeing more than $15 billion in P&L. And then, slowly and undeniably, the signs came and she left to build something the wellness industry was missing: a brand that met women where they were, didn't add more pressure to their already full lives, and actually worked.

Rae launched in 2019 and reached 4.5 million customers without selling out. This conversation is the story of how and why.
