I am the the founder of We Shine Well and a Strategic Expansion Partner.
My work sits at the intersection of discernment, ecosystem-building, and strategic connection. I don’t just coach you into becoming. I sees what's possible before you do, reflects it back clearly, and connects you with the people, rooms, and opportunities that make it real.
That combination of perspective, pattern recognition, and a deeply cultivated collective is what I bring to everything I do.
My path here has been anything but linear and that's exactly the point. The culmination of my passion for wellness, learning to be my own advocate to heal on my own health journey, becoming a certified IIN health coach, working with successful entrepreneurs in the wellness space, and a decade long career in corporate marketing have driven me to be here now. To pay it forward.
The result is my superpower: the ability to see the gap between where someone is and where they're genuinely capable of going, THEN creating the bridge to unlock possibilities.
Outside of work, you can find me in Santa Barbara at her favorite coffee shop sipping on a matcha americano, CorePower yoga, walking endlessly with friends, listening to podcasts on 1.5 speed, laughing at her dogs latest “trick,” and planning her next adventure.

Over time it has evolved into a full ecosystem: a high-touch private partnership for founders ready to expand at the highest level, a curated collective for those who thrive through aligned relationships + 1:1 support, The We Shine Well Podcast, and a partnership platform that connects credible wellness voices with aligned brands.
